Joanie Creger is the Founder and chief consultant of The Cabo Group. She has extensive corporate experience as a business advisor and HR leader in high technology, Internet and service industries. Her accomplishments include founding Director of HR at Intraware, Inc., HR Manager at Sybase and Informix and HR Representative at Kaiser Hospital. Joanie has been a primary consultant managing employee relations projects for PeopleSoft and currently is working with Kaiser Permanente as an HR advisor to the purchasing and supply organization.

Joanie received her MBA from Santa Clara University and her B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
